The programme was established in 2016 in partnership with South African Department of Correctional Services(DCS). Mr Solomon Madikane realised that many ex-inmates reoffends after their release from Correctional Facilities because they are unable to reintegrate into their families and communities.
The Halfway House for parolees has been successfully implemented to enable parolees reconcile with their families and reintegrate into the communities through various programmes and to provide ex-inmates with opportunities to not recidivisms again.
