Empowering Recovery: Realistic Rebuilding's 6-Month Outpatient Program

At Realistic Rebuilding and Life Skills Training Centre, we're dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Our comprehensive 6-month outpatient program is specifically designed for young adults and youth, providing a safe and supportive environment for recovery.

Recently, our cohort of Realists embarked on a transformative Camp experience, a pivotal part of their journey. This immersive experience allows our Realists to step outside their daily routines and confront the challenges that have held them back.

Through our program, Realists engage in a range of therapeutic activities, including:

- Dialogue and Emotional Connection
- Anger Management
- Conflict Resolution

These evidence-based interventions empower our Realists to:

- Revisit their past and identify triggers
- Reconnect with their inner child through play and creative expression
- Develop essential life skills for sustained recovery

Our 6-month Outpatient program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each Realist, providing a solid foundation for long-term success.
