Celebrating Youth Month with Purpose

At Realistic, we're proud to recognize June as Youth Month, building on our long-standing tradition of celebrating Children's Day. This year's highlight was our Annual 5-Aside Street Game Tournament, eagerly anticipated by many of our youth participants. While the event primarily focused on our youth, our younger children didn't want to be left out! They even demanded their own tournament, and our director, Mr. Madikane, made it happen.

Mini Tournament for the Children
 

On June 16, 2025, we hosted a special mini tournament for the children of Guguletu, including beneficiaries of our after-school program and residents of our Child and Youth Care Centre in Athlone. It was a fantastic way to celebrate Youth Month and ensure our younger ones felt included.

Serving Beyond Our Walls
 

Even with a packed schedule, Mr. Madikane took time to visit homeless individuals near the cemetery in Maitland, sharing meals and showing compassion to those in need. This act of kindness reflects our organization's commitment to serving communities across the country.
